This website is operated by Qvant Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 487232), Griva Digeni 59, Kaimakliotis Building, 5th Floor, 6043 Larnaca, Cyprus ("we"). For anything related to personal data, contact us at info@qvant-tech.com.
2. What we collect.
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to send us via the contact form: your name, e-mail address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and tracking.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies of any kind.
4. Hosting.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operation of the service. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
5. Sharing.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for the service providers that host this website and our e-mail, who process data on our behalf.
6. Retention.
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, at most, for 12 months afterwards, unless the correspondence leads to a business relationship.
7. Your rights.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Cyprus: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection).
