Qvant develops clean-energy generation on two fronts: waste-to-energy facilities fuelled by processed municipal waste, and hydrogen produced by high-efficiency electrolysis. Both follow the same logic — take what is abundant and underused, and turn it into reliable energy for industry and communities.

Waste-to-energy

Ukraine and Poland send millions of tonnes of municipal waste to landfill every year, while industry pays a premium for fuel and power. Our answer is modular waste-to-energy capacity using refuse-derived fuel (RDF and SRF) as feedstock. Facilities are being developed under EU environmental standards, generating electricity and heat for industrial and municipal consumers, with revenue from both energy sales and waste-processing gate fees.

Hydrogen

Within the group’s research programme we are developing high-efficiency electrolysis technology for green hydrogen production, together with industrial energy-storage solutions. The aim is hydrogen at a cost industry can actually pay — produced where it is needed, from renewable electricity.
