Qvant Technologies Ltd is a holding company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 487232). The holding does not run day-to-day operations itself: it acquires and holds stakes in operating companies, provides them with equity and shareholder financing, and sets group strategy. This structure lets each subsidiary focus on what it does best, while the group ensures capital discipline, governance and long-term direction.
