Humanitarian Demining

Returning land to life.

Ukraine is one of the most mine-contaminated countries in the world. Vast areas of farmland and community land cannot be used safely — not always because they contain explosives, but because nobody can yet prove that they don’t. Survey and detection are the bottleneck of humanitarian demining, and that is exactly where technology helps most.

What we do

ТОВ «Квант Пошук» (Qvant Poshuk LLC), a Qvant Technologies group company, develops technology for the humanitarian demining sector:

Detection

Advanced methods for identifying explosive remnants of war, designed to make surveys faster and more reliable.

Mapping

Geospatial systems that record, structure and visualise survey data, so that every cleared square metre is documented.

Research

Continuous development of sensor and detection technology together with Ukrainian scientific institutions.

Who we work with

We work with state authorities and certified mine-action operators, with international humanitarian organisations and donor-funded programmes, and with the reconstruction and agricultural stakeholders who need land back in productive use.

Our principles

Our work is strictly civilian and humanitarian. Qvant does not manufacture or trade weapons, does not undertake military contracting, and develops its technology exclusively for the safe survey and clearance of land for civilian use.
